You can set your live chat feature to 'messenger mode'. Customer will leave you a message and you respond when you are ready.

Q: How much is the live chat feature?

The LIVE Chat is included FREE with the Diamond, Complete, or VIP. All other packages will incur a $50 (One-time fee).
